A good comparison point is COBE's The Silo in Copenhagen. It is stunning in person.

This project seems like it's moving super quickly! Every time I walk by I'm shocked at the progress. Despite appearing to start earlier, it seems to be moving faster than the indigenous hub next door.

This is a good one to walk by with a toddler. Always lots of action, usually involving excavators and dump trucks.

They are clearly only removing 'earth' at the moment so, if they are going much deeper and hit rock they will start slowing down but I agree it has been moving along very fast.
