Overall, I'm looking forward to this project. It could probably be a few stories taller, but the colour and street-level retail presence looks promising.

Work has started in earnest now with pile boring, concrete delivery trucks, etc. Usual noise and traffic chaos.

As the work progresses, the incursion on the public space increases. Fences are now being replaced by concrete barriers, pushing further out onto sidewalk and no effort is being made to clean mud from sidewalks.
There was a virtual community meeting to review the site plan and construction management plan last night. Did anybody attend?
