Looks like the developer here is going for something that matches (around) the height of 1642 Bloor St W to its east, at 38m.

That is a very good development opportunity, near strong transit connections and good community amenities. I bet it sells well.

Yes! This is one of the ugliest groups of buildings on Bloor. Standing in front of it just a few weeks ago I was wondering how it hadn't been developed yet. So much asphalt.

Looks good. One of Quadrangle's designed buildings further west at High Park had demonstrated how white brick can be well executed. The brown and darker colours here up top sets a mature tone.
