This application proposes a mixed use development at 10 Park Lawn Road. The proposal consists of a 45-storey residential building with 515 residential units and 1 140 square metres of commercial space located both in the podium of the residential building and in a separate 1-storey building along Park Lawn Road. Access to the site will be from an internal driveway that links to a new signalized intersection located on the 2200 Lake Shore Boulevard West property. Part of the Westlake, 4th tower i think

That is were the current X-Kraft office building is now and was supposed to be a 10 storey office building.

Far too many parking spots.

Another miss opportunity for living and working in the same area.

West Lake was given permission for the residential density premised on providing the 10 storey office building on this site (for the employment base since they were demolishing 2 office buildings) ... and now that West Lake is approved, Onni wants to do a 'bait and switch' and void their obligations to provide employment/office space?

I sure hope this proposal get substantially modified

Is this part of the 27 condo tower development on the former Mr. Christie's Bakery site?

The 1 storey commercial building along the street is idiotic. There should be a commercial podium there. Stupid developers.

Pretty sure that's a planning department request, so that it fits in with the developments along Park Lawn to the north.

It looks like they are having their own separate podium, amenities, and retail. Is that right?
