Sorry @ProjectEnd, that's the approval for Montgomery Square, the next building to the north.

What's the application status of this building, is it fully approved?
No, it's not. Getting the Site Plan Approval has been long and arduous, it would seem. While zoning was approved through the OMB in Spring 2016, they're still dealing with techincal issues on the site plan, and the latest docs were submitted to the City on May 31. If every City office is satisfied, they should have approval soon.

The lifetime dev twitter acct posted an image of the rental homes being demolished. I believe this is due to the fact that they finally received NOAC.
I'm looking forward to seeing the shovels on the ground and shoring to begin.

Working away.

The city fought tooth & nail to get what they wanted from this project. Good to see it in progress!

I don't think I can. Most of that information is confidential. All I can say is that the city got what it wanted and full steam ahead!

The retail space in this project is going to be interesting! Can't wait to hear what people think several years down the line.

Great photos Drum!

The grade beam to the South of the property is really interesting. It will be great to see it when the formwork has been removed.
