Alterra and DiamondCorp will launch sales for Celeste Condominiums, a 40-storey downtown Toronto mixed-use building with a heritage component, during the next few weeks. Alterra had conditionally purchased the property in 2018. The respective principals of the two companies are

It's not looking good at all. Still holding out hope that this thing may turn out decent.

Edit: took a closer look. This is worse than I thought. All those mullions in every which way. Altera has been putting out some crap lately (The project at Sherbourne & Wellesley was a giant disappointment)
