Despite the clear blue sky & sunshine, I think the saddest part of this photo for me is how my view of One Bloor is slowly being covered up by YC Condos! Forever lost!

To alter the redevelopment plan approved under Site Specific By-law 1724-2013 for the construction of a 60-storey mixed use building by reducing the minimum required length and width of select parking spaces. The top part of the building is shaping up to be pretty nice. But why did they have to create a poduim like this ! It looks too busy and cheap looking !

It really should be grounds for banishment from designing future buildings in Toronto.

To add to the pile of legitimate complaints about this building, I don't think the balconies have enough visual "pop." The black and white graphic motif looks diluted. The railings should have been perforated metal, not glass.
