Ironic how the 'tower' part of YC looks decent (IMO) but not the base, whereas the 'tower' part of the Britt looks like shit but the base looks decent ... if only the 2 pieces can come together

... and, IMO, in some obscure part of the city than at its core. There's nothing bold or subtle about the YC tower or the series of like towers produced by G+C . It's forced design in its attempts to stand out. It flirts with being tacky and, as time goes by, will permanently cross into that realm.

I personally like the design of the tower, the base not as much, but I can live with it.
