The Walrus Magazine has a special "Cities Issue" this month. As part of their online content they are hosting s discussion on traffic congestion and commuting nightmares ( in both Toronto, and across Canada). While I wish they gave more attention to the traffic congestion nightmare -- this discussion is a fair start.
