The pre-fabricated system they are using is pretty sweet, makes it way more efficient. Most of the building complexes should be completed by the end of next year, with electrical and systems installation following in 2026.

I personally hate these sidewalks, they look good for a couple years, then are maintained poorly and look worse than regular concrete sidewalks. I really wish city would save the money and not bother with these.

The sad thing about some neighborhood revitalizations is that not all of them work. They attract little investment and they don’t solve the social disorder.

Brutal colour choice. What a wasted opportunity. Even McDonald’s has distanced itself from this palate in its restaurant designs haha.

I think something simpler, like the approach on 105 Ave would've worked great instead of all of this pattern with colour
