The City of Vancouver has received an application to rezone 124 Dunlevy Ave from Downtown Eastside Oppenheimer District (DEOD) to CD-1 (Comprehensive Development) District. The proposal is for an 11-storey mixed-use building, including:
• relocation of the Evelyne Saller Centre to the site;
• social housing on floors 2-11, with a total of 213 units;
• floor space ratio of 5.96; and
• a building height of 33.9m (111 ft.).
A community open house will be held from 5:00-8:00pm on Wednesday, June 21, 2017 at Roddan Lodge (124 Dunlevy Avenue), Ground Floor Lounge with the applicant team and City staff available to answer questions.
