Not entirely sure what's up with this one. Site is fenced off, though the website linked to on the billboard goes nowhere.
It's at 1650 W 2nd Ave. 33,000 sq. ft. four-storey office building/showroom proposed. Architect is W.T. Leung, and developer is Ventana, which has it marked as being under construction on their website.
