Its strange that in some areas in downtown, there is enough room to put 10 new projects between existing buildings while in some sections like on this street, the buildings are all packed side by side as those in SF and HK.
 
Personally I think the old facade is pretty cool, especially the crest. In the renders and models though it doesn't look like they'll be keeping it
