I think the main bulk of the North Tower has topped out, with just the setback floors to go.

from the photo, the claddings are almost like black.

Depends on the weather and time of day.
In bright sunlight it really looks green.
The colour sort of matches the 402 Dunsmuir building which is also Amazon.

The upper building itself is not very interesting at all. It is the integration of the lower old Post Office with shopping etc. that will be the interesting part of this development.

To be honest, I don't find the whole design of this project is interesting at all, its boring and lack of innovation. The towers and the main old post office part don't look coordinated, the only thing gives me the wow is how massive this building is.
