I like it, it reminds me one of the towers in Chicago by the water canal. Its too bad it has only 30 floors.

After the rezoning application being approved in July of 2014 and an approval by the development permit board in April 2017, it looks like this project is finally starting to move.

In the short-term, less parking. Once finished, the building will have over 130 parking spaces, and there is a fair bit of parking in the area, along with really good public transit.
