This is the site for the Shigeru Ban building. The first two pics are the West Pender side (1255 W. Pender). The other pics are the West Hastings side (1250 W. Hastings).

Really fits in nicely with the neighbouring terraces. Almost looks like one cohesive building block.

It took almost a year since what looked like initial prep.
