Just north of Major Mackenzie Drive, between Victoria Square Blvd and McCowan Road with Elgin Mills Road being its northern boundary, Markham has facillitated these lands as Markham's future urban area, specifically future neighbourhood areas. There are four new neighbourhoods that will be established from west to east that are established through four different blocks: Victoria Glen, Berczy Glen, Angus Glen, and Robinson Glen

I will be making a separate thread for each of these massive blocks, starting with this one: Victoria Glen
*Note that these are all heavily still in planning so many of these images/plans can be outdated

There is not much information on Victoria Glen and other blocks, but I will be sure to post more information when individual reports are released, and I will edit and link the other threads here as they are made

I am glad to see this appears to mostly consist of townhomes. Based on the sister threads you created, other blocks feature large amounts of detached homes, which I think is misguided, particularly on greenfield developments, given the housing & climate crises.

I think these maps are amazing ! Showing how they're going to visually carve out a subdivision of the future !
