Apparently these were supposed to be condos but now they have decided to keep them as apartment rentals.

The 2nd crane was in the process of going up at 4pm in the south-west cor. Most was up with the boom laying on the Dunbloor road. Couldn't get the camera out of the bag to try to catch a shot from the westbound bus.

WILLIAM CONWAY/PROGRESS PHOTOGRAPHY
Progress is being made on the Village Gate West III condominium/rental project in Toronto. Owner/developer Concert Properties Ltd. and general contractor Deltera Inc. began the two-tower, 501-unit project in spring 2009.
The project also includes 12 townhomes and four levels of underground parking linking both towers. The project was designed by IBI Group Page + Steele Inc. Consultants are: Jablonsky, Ast and Partners (structural); M.V. Shore Associates (1993) Ltd. (mechanical/electrical).
Subcontractors include: Magine Contractors (excavation); Rumble Foundations (Ontario) Ltd.; Forma-con (precast); Mega City Tile; Hilton (painting); Stirling Carpet; Leader (mechanical); Cooltech Services Ltd.; Nortown Electrical Contractors Associates; and ThyssenKrupp Elevator Ltd.
