At the intersection of René-Lévesque Boulevard West and Drummond Street in Montreal, the Roccabella has risen 40 storeys into the sky. Developed by MC Finance, the tower will be joined by a second 40-storey sister building in the coming years. Together, they will add 596 units to a site strategically located a block from the Bell Centre.

The first Béïque Legault Thuot-designed tower has topped out and the cladding composed of blue curtain wall and brown anodized aluminum panelling has almost reached the top level. A shared entrance housed within a three-storey podium will provide access to both towers upon completion. The podium will also house the amenity spaces, including a fitness centre, yoga studio, indoor saltwater pool, sauna, banquet hall, party room, theatre, billiards room, and conference space. Each unit — typically featuring a ceiling height of nine feet — will have its own balcony. Residents will have a choice between a marble, granite, or quartz countertop and backsplash, juxtaposed with engineered wood flooring.

The Roccabella is located within walking distance of Peel, Stanley, Lucien L’Allier, and Concordia Metro stations. The bustling neighbourhood around the condominium is becoming home to several new developments, including Tour des Canadiens, L'Avenue, and Icône Condos. These projects are contributing to the transformation of Montreal's skyline, which had seen relatively little change in recent years compared to its Canadian peers.
