The ninth floor amenities deck will host an impressive selection of activities for residents to enjoy. Two pools surrounded by a plentiful supply of cabanas and lounging areas provide places for relaxation steps away from a multi-sport court for tennis, soccer, basketball, and bocce. A dedicated children's play area and outdoor theatre are located on the opposite side of the deck.

The building floor plates are square with rounded edges and are notched at precise points to create a diagonal indented pattern across the facade. Dark balcony glazing has been installed on the podium and lower levels of the tower as the concrete undersides are painted off-white. To open in 2017, the highrise development will be a major contributor to the constantly evolving Brickell streetscape.
