Currently rising in the desirable Sunny Isles Beach district along Miami Beach, Fortune International Realty's 55-storey luxury beachfront condo is nearing completion. Designed by the Swiss duo of Herzog & de Meuron Architekten, the glistening new Jade Signature development will bring 192 units of luxury living the area, with residents provided stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean and Miami skyline.

With interiors by PYR and landscaping by Raymond Jungles, the luxury condo tower will feature a host of high-quality amenities, including an outdoor 25-metre lap pool and lounge pool at ground level, along with a spa and fitness centre, beach front resort deck, and restaurant.

Placing an emphasis on Miami's natural beauty and year-round beach weather, every unit will feature 25-foot-deep balconies. Most units range from one to five bedrooms, with the exception of the two penthouse suites at the top of the tower, each coming in at just over 10,000 square feet.

In addition to the penthouses, there will also be six 'Sky Villas,' which will feature double-height ceilings and an abundance of premium outdoor terrace space with ocean views.

Once complete, the tower will redefine luxury living along the world-famous Miami Beach. The new development takes a page from Miami's Art Deco past, with the design offering a mix of Deco- and Bauhaus-inspired architectural tropes, albeit with a thoroughly modern twist.
