Fortune International Group's Jade Signature reached its structural zenith last year, with revealing drone images capturing the state of the 57-storey luxury Miami condominium. In a sequel to that last sky-high update, we've received another batch of photos from above that show just how much work has progressed on the Herzog & de Meuron-designed tower.

Each of the 192 units inside the skyscraper will boast lofty floor-to-ceiling windows that provide clear vistas towards the Atlantic and Intracoastal horizons. The connection between the outdoors and in is amplified by sun-shaded terraces accessible via sliding windows, making a big portion of the interior a flexible and multi-purpose space. An interior design team led by Pierre-Yves Rochon has put emphasis on large and open interiors, unhindered by internal columns.

The amenities package is extensive and aims to provide a seamless transition from street to shore. The beach level features a sizable beachfront resort deck that includes a free-form swimming pool, private cabanas, and a hot tub immersed in nature. A 25-metre lap pool on the south side of the tower is strategically positioned to offer maximum sun exposure. A tech lounge, children's playroom, and toddler sensory and reading centre will keep younger residents entertained, while a lounge and terrace complete with billiards, a poker table, and backgammon target a more mature clientele. This is all surrounded by beachfront paths and gardens containing hammocks and a variety of seating options.

The three-storey glass lobby overlooks the pool and beach while additional amenities, like an exclusive kitchen-equipped clubroom, business centre, and library, fill out this level. Another floor of amenities is dedicated to health and wellness, with a coed hammam/Turkish bath, sunset yoga deck, zen garden, fitness centre, sauna, and steam room all on offer.

The Jade Signature sales team is now actively promoting the project in New York City. Fortune International Group's strategic partner, TOWN Residential, is luring potential buyers in from the world-class city, who have traditionally shown interest in high-profile oceanfront developments. Edgardo Defortuna, President and CEO of Fortune International Group, stated that nearly 15 percent of buyers so far are coming from the Northeast. A range of penthouses and Sky Villa suites are currently available, plus a selection of three- to five-bedroom residences. The homes span from 3,465 to 11,661 square feet and fetch anywhere from $4.8 million to a cool $32.9 million. Jade Signature is currently on track for completion toward the end of the year.
