Extell Development Company last week released juicy details about the premium residences at one of their most significant buildings currently under construction. The Skyscape Collection at One Manhattan Square takes over the upper levels of the 800-foot glazed tower with 25 condominiums comprised mainly of three-bedroom residences, including five penthouses, that are gifted with spacious living and dining areas, windowed gourmet kitchens, and far-reaching views.

Two of the five penthouse units are duplex homes, with one already selling for over $13 million. There are five bedrooms, four bathrooms and expansive terraces across these luxe spaces, each of which feature an entry foyer, master bathroom, and a double-height grand salon with exposures of the complete New York City skyline.

One Manhattan Square is situated at the intersection of the Lower East Side, South Street Seaport and Chinatown, overlooking the East River with its 80 storeys. The 815-unit "vertical village" designed by world-renowned firm Adamson Associates Architects will feature an unprecedented 100,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities. West 8 Urban Design and Landscape Architects were brought on to infuse the project with private gardens, a tea pavilion, a number of social courtyards, an outdoor kitchen and dining area, fire pits, an adult treehouse, ping pong tables, a putting green, and an observatory.

A large portion of the interior has also been set aside for amenities, including a multi-level fitness centre with indoor swimming pools, a bowling alley, a full-size basketball court, golf simulator, squash court, and yoga studio. A spa surrounds a sunken tranquility garden, while an infrared sauna, hamam and cold plunge pool cap off the health and wellness features.
