The building will become home to Boston's second Four Seasons hotel, making it one of the world's only cities to have two of the brand's buildings. The hotel will occupy the lower levels of the building, separated from Four Seasons-branded residences on the upper levels by a 24th floor amenities floor. Additional amenities on the 7th and 50th floors will also cater to residents. A total of 20,000 square feet of conveniences will be available, from a 65-foot lap pool to a catering kitchen and terrace.
