Kolter Group and SB Architects are nearing completion on ONE St. Petersburg, the Florida city's tallest building to date. Standing 41 storeys and 137 metres above the corner of 1st Street North and 1st Avenue North, the mixed-use project encapsulates luxury residences, a premier hotel, and a number of street-facing retail offerings.
The Downtown St. Petersburg development will contain 253 condominiums and a 13-storey, 174-key hotel fitted with a suite of services including meeting and dining spaces, a fitness centre, a bar, and an elevated pool deck. Approximately 75 percent of the residences are oriented to maximize eastern bay views, while the remaining suites enjoy aerial western city views. All suites are equipped with expansive private terraces.
Nine typical floor plans characterize the interior program, ranging from a 1,425-square-foot, two-bedroom residence to a corner unit offering three bedrooms across 2,475 square feet of space. Penthouse residences straddle three floors and contain 3,445 to roughly 4,000 square feet of space.
Residential amenities include an owner's lounge on the second floor that overlooks the 30-foot-high atrium lobby. A sprawling 40,000-square-foot resort deck sits atop the seventh floor, while a 5,000-square-foot fitness and activities centre overlooks this outdoor space. A residents splash lounge opening onto the pool deck functions as a social hub and is replete with televisions, informing seating areas, and a catering kitchen. Further seating areas and a private bar define the experience at the east-facing, 2,100-square-foot residents club.
The currently under-construction building is scheduled for completion later this year. Additional images and information can be found in the Database file linked below.
