As construction at the site continues, the developers executing Brooklyn Bridge Park's Pier 6 development, now being marketed as Quay Tower, have launched the project's teaser website. RAL Companies and Oliver's Realty Group, in partnership with Vanke US, have also released a new rendering for the development showcasing the design and superlative Manhattan views that will come to define the living experience.

ODA's Eran Chen has designed the 28-storey tower, which is planted at the southern end of Brooklyn Bridge Park. Its placement ensures a permanent view cone towards the East River, New York Harbor, and the Manhattan and Brooklyn bridges.

The 126-condominium development is set to contain two- to five-bedroom residences offering layouts that feature windowed kitchens and master baths. Two-bedroom suites will begin at $1.9 million, with sales expected to commence in the spring.

A second, 15-storey rental building is also planned for the property. The project will see 140 apartments, approximately 100 of them classified as affordable units, erected beside the condominium.
