The two seven-storey brownstone buildings at 350 West 71st Street are set to enter sales in March, following DNA Development's recent launch of a teaser site to unveil the luxury redevelopment project in New York City's Upper West Side, designed by DXA Studio Architecture, and with sales handled by Stribling Marketing Associates.

Nestled in the tranquil corner block of West 71st Street, the building is protected from through-traffic onto Riverside Boulevard, and is situated only steps away from the waterfront and the expansive Riverside Parks both north and south of the area.

The development is located within the West End-Collegiate Historic District, and is set to combine and reimagine the two historical buildings as a 72,000-square-foot, 'boutique condominium' of 38 unique luxury residential units. The area's built form was primarily populated with buildings constructed around the turn of the 19th century, and has since become a densely populated enclave of luxury urban developments.

The development offers a range of two- to four-bedroom residential spaces, with prices beginning at $1.725 million. All of the units will have modern, high-end finishes while also retaining the facade of the building's historical aesthetic. Of these, seven units will offer private outdoor spaces, with additional private storage spaces available for purchase.

As well as a 24-hour attended lobby and a team of full-time staff, a range of amenities will service the building's residents, including a library, a fitness centre, a playroom for children, bicycle storage, and a landscaped roof terrace with seating and a barbecue. The building is additionally well serviced by public transit, with access to the 1, 2, and 3 trains within walking distance at 72nd Street station.
