A new oceanfront residential project is poised to make its ascension above Hallandale Beach in South Florida. Developed by KAR Properties and designed by TEN Arquitectos, the 38-storey 2000 Ocean will contain 64 fully furnished residences ranging from three to six bedrooms.

In October 2017, the project's 4,800-square-foot sales gallery swung open its doors on the site, offering exclusive tours that give prospective buyers a sneak peek at life in the boutique beachfront tower. The space includes a 7.5-foot-tall scale model, three large video walls and an immersive virtual reality experience.

Minotti is furnishing the project's interior and exterior spaces, with Minotti Cucine curating the custom designed kitchens and bathrooms. Approximately 10-foot ceiling heights and 10-foot-deep terraces accentuate views of the Atlantic Ocean and Intracoastal Waterway. Prices here start at $2.8 million.

The development also comes with its fair share of resort-style amenities, including two swimming pools, a freestanding spa pavilion, curated gardens, an oceanfront art library, a state-of-the-art fitness and wellness centre, and an indoor theatre and entertainment room.
