Strategic Capital celebrated the topping off of Park and Shore, a new luxury condominium development situated on Jersey City's Gold Coast. The Woods Bagot-designed project, comprised of 75 Park Lane and Shore House, have reached their final heights of 37 and seven storeys.

The height of the 358-unit 75 Park Lane begets views of the Hudson River with its Manhattan-esque stature. The 71-unit Shore House takes cues from the lofts of Tribeca, employing an industrial aesthetic and avant-garde design. Despite differences in their height and massing, the two buildings are unified by a common set of materials, including naturally coloured metal and terracotta frames.

"The interiors of 75 Park Lane are inspired by the sophisticated legacy of American modernism, while Shore House is a grittier counterpoint, recalling the industrial brick past of this neighbourhood," said Woods Bagot Principal Wade Little. "We designed the whole complex as a collection of hospitality experiences. Amenities include an Olympic-size swimming pool, jacuzzi, spa, library, wine-tasting room, private dining room, putting green and a lavish health and wellness precinct, complete with sauna and pool with views of nature. The Sky Lounge, with a chef's table and terrace, commands wonderful views of the New York skyline."

The two-tower development is the neighbourhood of Newport's first condominium project in eight years. Closings commence in October 2018 and July 2019, with the development crossing the fifty-percent-sold milestone.
