The first phase of the project is scheduled to complete in the second quarter of 2018. The ground breaking event was attended by Shigematsu alongside Carlos Rosso of Related and David Martin of Terra. Related CEO Jorge Perez will occupy one of the building's suites.

The undulating 20-storey building forms will boast a surfeit of greenery that transposes the lush natural setting of Coconut Grove into the design. Inside, a 50,000-square-foot amenities package offers residents a private screening room, wine tasting rooms, and an outdoor deck with a pool.
