Luxury developer Property Markets Group has launched a new multi-family rental division called X Social Communities (XSC), a brand they have now brought to Downtown Miami. Formerly known as Vice, X Miami at 243 NE Third Street has moved under the XSC banner as it approaches construction completion.
The 32-storey topped-out building, designed by CFE Architects, features an abundance of glass and balconies. A 17-storey parking garage services residents of the 464 apartment units, which are starting in the $1200's.
With the rental office now open, Property Markets Group has released a number of images highlighting the amenity spaces inside and outside the building. A grassy courtyard with plenty of seating areas joins a sprawling pool deck with cabanas, a bar, and an amphitheatre-style lookout space. A rendering shows residents lounging on the grass and catching a movie under the setting sun.
Inside, a multi-level co-working space, fitness studio, screening lounge, and television-equipped social hall offers tenants dedicated places to work, get fit and unwind. There's also a cocktail bar in the lobby that sets the tone for the amenity rooms above.
