Set for completion by the end of 2018, Zaha Hadid's One Thousand Museum has recently topped off in Miami. Developed jointly by 1000 Biscayne Tower and Regalia Group, the 62-storey tower has now reached its full 215-metre height.

Viewed above and in more detail below, the tower's signature, curvilinear exoskeleton is clearly visible against the window and balcony glazing which now covers more than half of the structure.

One of the last of the late Zaha Hadid's legacy projects, One Thousand Museum bears a striking resemblance to its cousins around the globe, the signature exoskeleton a dead giveaway for those even the slightest bit familiar with the architect's body of work.

Viewed from street level, the delicate interplay of structural and sculptural forms is highly evident, the impressive use of cement here and all the way up the tower, truly a testament to the creative genius of the project's late designer.

SkyriseCities will be sure to return to this project as progress continues. For more information, check out the associated Database file and Forum thread, and as always, feel free to join the conversation in the comments section below.
