Having replaced a longstanding parking lot, The Marlowe by Lennar Multifamily Community and Antunovich Associates will soon become the latest addition to Chicago's rapidly rising River North district. Located just north of The Loop, and within easy walking distance of the "Chicago" subway station, the project is well-situated for residents looking for an urban lifestyle and a quick commute.

At 15 storeys, the 176-unit apartment block will combine 100 regular-sized units with 76 "efficiency units," all of which will be placed atop 10,000 square feet of ground floor retail.

With frontage along N Wells St, W Erie St, and W Huron St, the injection of urban vibrancy and street life represented by this project will likely be a net positive for the neighbourhood relative to the former surface lot.
