Having recently reached completion in Miami, Echo Brickell has now welcomed home its first contingent of residents, including those of the tropical fish variety, who have taken up residence within the 12,000 gallon tank installed in the main lobby. Located in Brickell, just south of downtown and within waking distance of the beach, the Carlos A. Ott Architect-designed Echo Brickell by JDS Development and Property Markets Group, has added its signature swoop to the Miami skyline.

At 57 storeys, Echo Brickell is now one of the tallest of its kind in Miami, the 180-unit high-rise today home to approximately 300 residents. Endowed with generous balconies, and ample glazing, the undulating tower captures the sunlight over the course of the day, the Miami sunshine never out of sight for those within.

While the top floors are home to a collection of penthouse suites, including the 2-storey, 14,000 square-foot, Carlos Ott Penthouse, complete with its own pool and gym room, the rest of the tower has been outfitted with its own 2,800 square-foot shared amenity space with infinity pool and fitness centre.

Meeting the ground with a large podium base, the star of the show for many will be the aforementioned 12,000 gallon aquarium, housing an impressive variety of tropical fish, which will greet visitors coming in through the main lobby.
