Seven months since our last update, and progress at the site of Unibail Rodamco Trinity, located in Paris' La Défense, has been swift. What was once a large concrete slab has today blossomed into a sizeable vertiacal mass, climbing at least a dozen storeys above grade.

Designed by Crochon Brullmann + Associés to address the district's ongoing height differential issue, which serves to cut off pedestrian access from the streetscape to various structures across the neighbourhood, Trinity will feature two flights of stairs and an elevator to facilitate easy passage.

Set atop Avenue de la Delegation Leclerc, which connects to nearby Courbevoie, the addition of the two staircases and single elevator will provide some much-needed access, both to the new tower, and between the two different levels of the immediate streetscape.

Thus, the 32-storey, 49,500 square-metre office tower will bring an additional 500 square metres of ground floor retail, which will open to 3,500 square metres of new public space, which will occupy Trinity's base.

SkyriseCities will be sure to return to this project as progress continues. For more information, check out the associated Database file and Forum thread, and as always, feel free to join the conversation in the comments section below.
