Rising fast at the heart of Paris' La Défense, Unibail Rodamco's Trinity has continued its rapid ascent, the tower now nearly halfway to its 32-storey height. Straddling a busy roadway, the project has been built atop a raised platform connected to the street grid below via a series of concrete staircases and an elevator - all of which were built in preparation for the current project.

Designed by Crochon Brullmann + Associés, Trinity will eventually be clad in a glass curtain wall, the tower and podium base to add a considerable amount of public realm improvements to the area.

To be housed primarily within the double-height ground floor, a planned 500 square-metre retail space will open onto a 3,500 square-metre new public space in the form of an outdoor terrace.

At 32 storeys, the 49,500 square-metre office complex will represent a sizable development for the area, Trinity itself having replaced a relatively small office block which once sat upon the site.

SkyriseCities will be sure to return to this project as progress continues. For more information, check out the associated Database file and Forum thread, and as always, feel free to join the conversation in the comments section below.
