Coming soon to Palm Beach, Florida, along the sunny coastline of Riviera Beach, 5000 North Ocean has topped off and is ready to enter the next phase of construction as glazing work gets underway. Developed by Kolter, the 19-storey condo tower designed by Randall Stofft Architects and BC Architects will bring 48 luxury units to the Singer Island-Riviera Beach neighbourhood, providing easy access to West Palm Beach and the Atlantic ocean.

Billed as a luxury condo project, units range from 2,700-4,900 square feet, with prices starting at $2 million (USD). Amenities include an oceanside pool, beach access, a fitness centre, and club room.

Highlighting the project's proximity to the beach, nine of the residences will front directly onto the ocean, with private access. Additionally, several units will be sold as multi-level suites, while others will include ample outdoor terraces and ocean views.

Once complete, 5000 North Ocean will continue the trend of waterfront redevelopment that has recently come to define the south Florida coastline from Miami to Palm Beach.

SkyriseCities will be sure to return to this project as progress continues. For more information, check out the associated Database file and Forum thread, and as always, feel free to join the conversation in the comments section below.
