Coming soon to South Florida, Kolter Urban's 100 Las Olas is on target to become the tallest residential tower in Fort Lauderdale. Located at the corner of East Las Olas Blvd and SE 1st Ave, the 499-ft, 46-storey development will be host to 113 condo units placed above a 238-room Hyatt Centric-brand hotel.

The curvaceous, SB Architects-designed tower has now passed 41 storeys, leaving just 5 more to go before topping off. Residential units will vary in size from approximately 1,500-3,000 square feet (5,100 PH) with prices ranging from $800,000-$2,000,000 (USD).

The inclusion of the Hyatt Centric hotel will bring with it a host of top-end amenities, including two pools, day cabanas, and multiple outdoor lounging areas. Well-situated along the Las Olas Blvd commercial corridor, the bottom of the tower will be graced by an additional 8,500 square feet of ground-floor retail.

A time-lapse video (above) highlights the construction process to date, capturing the rise of the tower up to its current height. Slated for completion by Fall 2019, 100 Las Olas will be a fine addition to Fort Lauderdale.

SkyriseCities will be sure to return to this project as progress continues. For more information, check out the associated Database file and Forum thread, and as always, feel free to join the conversation in the comments section below.
