Three months since our last update, and progress on the development of Greenwich West in Lower Manhattan has been moving along nicely, the project having recently launched into sales. Along with the launch, a host of new renderings serve to give those interested a look at how the luxury high-rise will look upon completion.

In a city renowned for its skyline, but light on private outdoor space, the inclusion of ample rooftop terraces will be a popular amenity for residents and their guests. With sweeping views of Lower Manhattan and the Hudson River, the wraparound terraces will be most popular during summer months.

Inside, units will be outfitted with high-end finishes, the light-filled interiors to be made bright and airy thanks to generous, deep-set windows. Wide plank wood floors and marble countertops will be standard throughout, paired with high-end appliances.

Starting at just under $1 million, units will range from studios to three-bedroom penthouses, thereby offering a wide range of sizes, layouts, and price points. Well-situated, and close to Greenwich Village, SOHO, and the Financial District, Greenwich West will be a welcome addition to Lower Manhattan upon its completion in 2020.

SkyriseCities will be sure to return to this project as progress continues. For more information, check out the associated Database file and Forum thread, and as always, feel free to join the conversation in the comments section below.
