Topped off and nearing completion in Miami, the Hotel Indigo Miami Brickell is on target to welcome its first guests. Before taking any reservations, however, work crews must first finish their final touches, which by all appearances seem to be coming together nicely.
Faced in a matte, battleship grey, the 24-storey, combination short-term/long-term hotel tower, is punctuated here and there with balcony groupings, subtle volume changes, and a multi-level above ground parking garage.
The top floors will consist of 90 extended stay luxury suites, while the largest, mid-section of the tower will be dedicated to 140 regular hotel rooms. Guests will be able to take advantage of several amenities, including a 2,000 square-foot meeting room, gym, and outdoor pool and lounge.
Located in the heart of Miami's ever-rising Brickell, close to rapid transit, shopping, and dining, the new Indigo Hotel Miami Brickell will fit nicely into its surroundings.
SkyriseCities will be sure to return to this project as progress continues. For more information, check out the associated Database file and Forum thread, and as always, feel free to join the conversation in the comments section below.
