New renderings for Avery Pompano Beach have been released by Meyers Group, highlighting the development's cool Miami-esque vibe, and wealth of top-quality, residential amenity spaces. Located at the corner of Federal Highway and NE 4th Street in Pompano Beach just outside of Miami, the 8-storey residential mid-rise structure will soon be home to upwards of 200 residents spread across 144 units.

Close to bustling E Atlantic Blvd, Pompano Community Park, Pompano Beach Airport, and the Atlantic Ocean, the aptly named Avery Pompano Beach places renters in the heart of the action. Only 45 minutes north of Miami by car, the development is conveniently close to the I-95, with Pompano Beach rail station available as an alternative.

Avery Pompano Beach will be tech-ready, with Wi-Fi, USB chargers, keyless locks, and remote entry and building access. On the domestic front, suites will be made comfortable and convenient with sliding doors, walk-in closets, movable kitchen islands, washers and dryers, and in-home bars.
