Soon to become the tallest high-rise south of New York City, CMC Group's Brickell Flatiron in Miami is now just one floor shy of topping off. Having reached 63 storeys, the 224-metre, 549-unit, residential high-rise only has one more floor to go before achieving structural completion.
Recent aerial footage of the tower has provided some excellent stills (above and below), along with some breathtaking aerial views of the tower (embedded further below). Located in the heart of the rapidly intensifying Brickell District, close to transit, the ocean, shops, restaurants, and bars, the project will be a prime address for those looking to be in the centre of it all.
Brickell Flatiron was designed by Revuelta Architecture, its undulating exterior - to say nothing of its height - to make this a standout structure upon the Miami skyline. Captured below in some breathtaking aerial footage, Brickell Flatiron truly shines, its impressive size and silhouette making a major impression upon the city.
Once complete, Brickell Flatiron will boast a full range of amenities, including a rooftop pool, 18th floor lap pool, theatre room, and library. Billed as a luxury tower, prices will range from between $500,000 to $11 million (USD).
SkyriseCities will be sure to return to this project as progress continues. For more information, check out the associated Database file and Forum thread, and as always, feel free to join the conversation in the comments section below.
