Luxury hospitality brand Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts has a busy year ahead of them. The company's expanding portfolio will bloom three new properties across North America in 2019, and a total of nine around the world, including its first-ever standalone residential project in London's Mayfair neighbourhood.

Philadelphia's new tallest building, the Comcast Innovation and Technology Center, will welcome 219 hotel rooms and top-tier dining experiences by chefs Jean-Georges Vongerichten and Greg Vernick in mid-2019. Resting atop the 60-storey Foster-designed volume, the space is also readying to open a spa sanctuary with an infinity pool and fitness centre.

A similar offering of 215 rooms will grace Boston's One Dalton. Four Seasons' second property in the city's Back Bay neighbourhood promises 160 private residences and a Zuma restaurant in the 61-storey tower, which is currently nearing completion.

North of the border, the company is on track to open its fourth Canadian property in the heart of Montreal's shopping district. Packed with 169 rooms and 18 private residences, the space shares connections to the new Holt Renfrew Ogilvy in the Golden Square Mile neighbourhood. It will also be the site of the first Canadian restaurant by famous chef Marcus Samuelsson.

The 1960-established Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts currently operates in 47 countries. The brand's residential portfolio is expected to double in the next five years and exceed more than 7,000 homes. Following the opening of Private Residences at Twenty Grosvenor Square in London, the brand will export the concept to Marrakech, Los Angeles and San Francisco.
