A 24-storey glass tower erupts beside a row of historic townhouses in marketing renderings of Enticy, a boutique condominium project to launch soon in Downtown Montreal. Poised to add 180 studio, one- and two-bedroom units to the corner of René-Lévesque and Mackay, Geiger Huot Architectes has designed the tower as a contemporary complement to its old neighbour.

The project by financial partner Claridge is informed by the minimalism of a modern boutique hotel. Its floor-to-ceiling glass windows ensure units are soaked in natural light, while giving residents unobstructed views of the skyline and Saint Lawrence River.

Enticy will come with a number of high-end amenities, including a heated rooftop pool and patio and fully-equipped gym. The goal, the developer says, is to provide residents with a boutique-style living environment while keeping condo fees lower than most surrounding projects.

"Enticy is a modern and upscale condo project providing living spaces and a solid investment, with a prime location in downtown Montreal," said Jean- François Beaulieu, President of Omnia Technologies, the builder of the project. "Whether for first-time buyers, investors, parents of students studying nearby, or professionals looking for a part-time place close to work in the city, Enticy offers exceptional value for money."
