A 43-storey apartment tower has now opened in Downtown Miami. Muze at Met Square, formerly known as Avant at Met Square, packs 391 rental units within a 164-metre-tall frame.
The NBWW-designed building for ZOM Living has welcomed its first residents, marking the conclusion of the multi-tower Met Square complex, which has been under construction since 2015. Floor plans range in sizes from studios to three-bedrooms and penthouse options. Amenities include a landscaped pool deck, fitness centre, yoga and cycling studio, and entertainment and wellness lounges.
A six-storey, 16-screen Silverspot Cinema opened at the complex in the summer of 2018 while construction on Muze approached completion.
