HFZ Capital Group and Bjarke Ingels Group came together to celebrate the topping off of 76 Eleventh Avenue, The XI, making it the tallest development in Manhattan's West Chelsea neighbourhood. Hovering over the famous High Line with 34- and 25-storey twisting volumes, the mixed-use project boasts city and river views from every window.

The taller tower rests at a height of 123 metres and will contain one- to four-bedroom residences, starting at $2.8 million. The building's half-floor penthouses begin at $25 million. The 236 units in the project are scheduled to be completed by the end of 2019.
