The two-tower Auberge Beach Residences & Spa Fort Lauderdale has completed construction in one of the United States' fastest-growing cities. Designed by Nichols, Brosch, Wurst, Wolf & Associates for The Related Group, Fortune International Group and The Fairwinds Group, the 171-unit development fronts 450 feet of Atlantic Ocean beach.

The 22-storey south tower contains 114 units and the 17-storey terraced north tower contains the remaining 57 residences, which feature larger floor plans. The north tower's units have all been spoken for, while closing is well underway for the south tower selections. Available homes span from 1,500 to over 5,000 square feet and are fetching between $1.5 to $9 million.
