Now under construction in New York's NoMad district, the tower formerly known as 15 East 30th Street has been named "Madison House," with sales to launch in September. Developed by JD Carlisle Development and Fosun Group, and designed by Handel Architects (tower) and Gachot Studios (interiors), the 62-storey Madison House will soon be a major component of the Midtown skyline.

The 805-ft. Madison House will be home to upwards of 250 residents spread across 199 luxury residences. Starting at $1.55 million for a one-bedroom, and with larger units going up to $25 million, Madison House will capture a sizeable segment of the Manhattan marketplace.

Madison House will come with a generous, 30,000 sq. ft. of amenity space, which will include a 75-ft. lap pool, cold plunge pool, spa, gym, golf simulator, game room, and library. In warmer months, a rooftop terrace complete with chef's kitchen and lounge will round out the in-house entertainment options.

The all-glass tower by Handel Architects will provide residents with sweeping cityscape views, every unit to come with at least one corner window. Inside, the luxury finishes by Gachot Studios will ensure that buyers are treated to only the best in current home decor.

SkyriseCities will be sure to return to this project as progress continues. For more information, check out the associated Database file and Forum thread, and as always, feel free to join the conversation in the comments section below.
