Coming soon to downtown Montreal, Brivia Group's 61-storey, "Brivia 1" tower will be the city's tallest residential highrise. The crown jewel in what will be a three-phase project, the 220-metre tower will be home to a whopping 789 units.

Set to rise at the edge of Phillips Square, Brivia 1 will be bounded to the north by Saint Catherine Street, and to the south by Rene Levesque Blvd. Close thus to transit, shops, restaurants, and pubs, and walking distance to many of the city's premiere destinations, Brivia 1 will be a prime address for upwards of 1,200 inhabitants.

Units will come in a mix of studios, 1-& 2-bedrooms, penthouses, and what are being marketed as "super-penthouses," the latter, to be reserved for the 60th floor,  to weigh in at 4,000 sq. ft. All residents will have access to a long list of amenities, spread across 42,000 sq. ft., including a pool, fitness centre, spa, yoga studio, lounge, and juice bar.

A 50th-floor outdoor outdoor terrace and lounge will offer 10,000 sq. ft. of common space - its height to provide residents with sweeping downtown views. Once complete, Brivia 1 will be a fine addition to the core, its future siblings to further fill out the space surrounding Phillips Square.

SkyriseCities will be sure to return to this project as progress continues. For more information, check out the associate Database file and Forum thread, and as always, feel free to join the conversation in the comments section below.
