Five weeks since our last update, and YOTELPAD Miami's Aria Development Group has released a new set of interior renderings highlighting the various amenity spaces that will one day entertain the tower's many residents. Set for the top floor's Skytop Lounge, the amenity spaces on display include a lounge, chef's kitchen, and game room.

The 31-storey, mixed-use hotel and condo tower was jointly developed in partnership with AQARAT, with design work by Stantec. The first of its kind on the East Coast, YOTELPAD Miami represents the brand's debut foray onto the Eastern Seaboard.

The Skytop Lounge will consist of an interconnected series of rooms, beginning with the lounge (first image), which then transitions into the chef's kitchen and dining room (above), before moving on once again to the adjacent game room (below). Separated by two green-tinted partial walls, these three spaces form one semi-contiguous space.

Further tying the Skytop Lounge rooms together, is the employment of YOTELPAD Miami's signature colour scheme, which has been applied in different arrangements across all three. Once complete, YOTELPAD Miami will be home to 222 hotel rooms (CABINS), and 231 condo suites (PADS).

SkyriseCities will be sure to return to this project as progress continues. For more information, check out the associated Database file and Forum thread, and as always, feel free to join the conversation in the comments section below.
